Sales Reporting

Weekly, and Monthly detailed or summarised Sales reports can be created for a multi-level Sales force. Customers may be serviced by up to three styles of Sales force member simultaneously, thereby allowing for say Rep, Agent and Merchandiser to all participate in the Customer Service and for them all, if required, to receive detailed Sales Reports and Commissions...

Budgets may be set for Sales force members, either by Season or Product line, to reflect either Order or Invoice values...

Commission reports can be provided for all, or selected Sales force members, calculated automatically from individual or Group Commission Schemes...

Commission schemes can be set so that Sales force members may receive varying commission rates depending on the initial 'Source' of the Order i.e. different rates for Telephone or Show orders. Commission rates may also be varied for 'Stock Control Ticket Orders' as opposed to regular Line Orders...

All sales orders imported from the Field Sales iPad / tablet system have full call reporting details included.
